Hotel Larice Bianco - Bormio

Family-run, helpful 24/7, super clean rooms, lovely spa, treated like a friend, great food.

Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to town but also away from the main area. This provided a nice break and a quieter atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and even provided first aid when needed. The rooms were superb, with attention to detail and good amenities. The bike storage facility was especially impressive, ensuring our bikes were secure and well looked after.

Everything was ok, nothing could be improved.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a wonderful location. It's just a short walk to the main ski lift, making it convenient for hitting the slopes. But what really impressed me was the attention to detail, from the basic amenities to the superb bike storage facility. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a good shower that helped me relax after a long day of activities. And the breakfast, cooked fresh every morning, was absolutely delicious.

All was more than okay, no complaints here!

The hotel is perfectly located in a convenient area, close to the ski lift and a short distance from the town center. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have nice views. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent services such as a bike/ski storage room, sauna, Turkish banya, and massage. the breakfast and dinner offer delicious local cuisine with an ample range of dishes.

Some guests experienced poor wifi connection, mainly on the higher floors.

The staff at this hotel really were very good - they were always on hand to help with anything I needed and made me feel at home. I also loved the location - it was close enough to the town center, but still reminded me of a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was also spot on, and the hotel facilities were great for relaxing after a long day. the breakfast options were unique and sourced locally.

The staff was nice and friendly, always willing to help with our needs. the location was very convenient, close to the ski lift and to the city center, which made our stay easier. the spa was definitely a highlight, providing a good way to relax.

Sadly, the breakfast wasn't that varied and didn't have many options for people with dietary restrictions. some of the furniture in our room was a bit outdated, which made the room feel less cozy and comfortable.

The dinners were pretty good with Italian dishes including cheese and wine. The location was ideal for skiing and they have a large ski room for storage. the staff were polite and friendly which made our xmas experience more pleasant.

Despite the great location for skiing, the hotel wasn't adequately maintained with some parts looking a bit worn out. We had issues with the heating system that we reported to the staff but it was never fixed and made our stay pretty uncomfortable.
